- Having trouble to logging in?
If you have a Hotmail, or other Office365 account logged in the current browser, please log out, and try to log in using your URBE's email credentials.
If you don't currently have an URBE email account, and you are a new student, faculty or staff member, please follow these steps.- Go to https://itsurbe.tawk.help
- Click Submit Ticket
- Fill out the form and hit the Submit button. Make sure you include your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Once we verify you are a student, we will create an account for you, and will send you the details to the email you provided.
Note:
Student accounts are automatically created and students receive their account without any further action. If you are a student, and didn't receive your account information, please follow the instructions above (Request an account part), and we will send you all the information you need within the next business hour.
